I see a whole army of small business owners, here in defiance of email marketing! You have come to email as free men (and women, of course). And, free men (and women, of course) you are! What will you do without email? Will you…advertise?


Even if you were to grab a subscription to an e-mail service provider like MailChimp, Leadsius, or Aweber; you’re still going to need a few things if you really want to make a splash in the flood of emails that arrive in your prospect’s inbox’s every hour.

  • Conversion – You can’t send emails if you don’t have contacts to send them to. Establishing conversion points, automating responders, and managing your subscribers is step numero uno. Leveraging content to convert “unknowns” into “knowns” is one of the best ways to continuously grow your marketing lists.
  • Copywriting – Though a snazzy email design will gather much attention, you have to get your message across. Whether you’re sharing a whitepaper, promoting your most recent blog post, or just wishing your list a happy Halloween, to create the right email you have to write the right words. That’s where I come in!
  • Creative – As William Wallace alluded to earlier, it’s important that your emails standout from the ever-growing crowd. And, if he were still alive, he’d recommend that you ensure your emails are responsive and properly branded with your company’s colors, fonts, and logos. If you can dream it, I can code it!
